-Finding a space for your home I have a mobile home that needs parts and repair. Will Advantage Homes fix it? Advantage Homes is a retail center that sells manufactured homes. We do not sell parts for homes or service repairs. However, we can suggest where you may be able to find parts and service: Materials of newer manufactured homes are the same materials used on a site built home. You can find materials for your home at hardware stores, Home Depot, OSH, etc. If you live in a park, residents receive a park magazine that contains advertisements and a list of contractors who can help repair your manufactured home. Older homes may have difficulty in finding parts, you may have to contact the manufacturer of your home (i.e., Silvercrest, Champion, Fleetwood, etc.) and obtain parts through them. Where can I find more information about Manufactured Home Communities? Our Housing Representatives can provide you with information about the communities in your area.
